business: may be an inclusive term but specifically designates the activities of those engaged in the purchase or sale of commodities or in related financial transactions: the ~ section of the newspaper.   （transaction事务交易，表示一件生意transaction is a piece of business，如financial transactions between companies公司之间的财务事务，如commercial transactions商业交易，如the transaction of government政府事务）


commerce, trade: implies the exchange and transportation of commodities especially on a large scale: full power to regulate interstate ~; seek ways to increase foreign ~.  (商业commerce用于国内，贸易trade用于国际)  transport运输，一般指长途运送，这是它和traffic交通本组第5个词的区别  


industry: applies to the producing of commodities, especially by manufacturing or processing: ~ has overtaken agriculture in the South.   produce正式，但是通用，能用make,give,lead to等词的地方都可以用produce，可见非常通用


traffic: applies to the operation and functioning of public carriers of goods and persons: ~ managers have rediscovered the railroads; or to the activities of those engaged in the exchange of commodities: ~ in contraband goods.


business生意买卖: 可泛指生产供销，但特指买卖货品及其相关的金融事务，commerce商业trade贸易: 指大规模长途地交换货品，industry工业: 指生产货品，特别是制造或处理，traffic交通: 指运送货品乘客；或指货品交换


记忆方法: 1）首字母BCTIT中，TT想成统统ICB是工商银行首字母<==工商      有个关于4大行首字母的梗，如ICBC工商银行说成"爱存不存"

         2）工商的意思是指生产供销货品mean activity concerned with the supplying and distribution of commodities.    (这里将commodities译为货品，commodity是货物，如钢铁棉花轴承等原材料零配件，goods是商品，如手机书籍汽车等消费者购买的产品，可见commodity和goods对立，如iron is a valuable commodity钢材是种高价值货物，如money can be exchanged for goods or services钱可以用来换取商品和服务。之前的词条中类似，也将commodity都翻译成了"货品")  都表示活动或行为，activity和act的区别是，activity表示"大量"的活动a large number of acts
